Located in a popular area of West Hollywood, the ADU addition was extracted out of the un-utilized rear yard area to create additional income property. With a modern theme approach, high ceilings, and current interior living amenities, the ADU has seen high return on the investment.

EXISTING HOME RENOVATION/ FACADE UPGRADE WITH MINOR ADDITION

Located in Culver City near the new light rail development. The project involved rethinking an entire 1926 bungalow-style tract house. The home was updated from its original state with a bold facade renovation and a considerate, modern addition — bringing the home in line with current urban design and lifestyle standards.

 

RENOVATION OF 3 UNIT BUILDING TO CURRENT LIVING STANDARDS

Located a block south of the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood, the project was a renovation of an existing 3-unit apartment building from the mid-70’s. Modernizing the facade and interior, the renovated property has seen a high return on it’s investment

 

SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE FACADE UPGRADE WITH MINOR ADDITION

Located off a very popular stripe in Los Angeles, in a densely populated residential area of West Hollywood, the existing 1938 house was to be renovated to modern living standards. The street side of the house was stripped down and a portion removed for additional space and a new front and upper porch.
